We believe in tailoring our tutoring methods to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring effective learning. Sessions are held in a dedicated tutoring room in small groups and each child has their own learning plan focused on their individual strengths and weaknesses.
We create a supportive, nurturing and enjoyable tutoring environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow. Helping our students develop confidence is a key part of enabling them to fulfil their potential and helps even the most reluctant learner to thrive with our tuition.

Meet our tutor
Diane has over 25 years of experience as a teacher, having graduated as a qualified Primary Teacher in 1996. Since then she has worked throughout Key Stage 1 and 2 for several Education Authorities.
Diane founded A Plus Tutors Wirral in 2012, continuing to work part-time in schools until 2023 as a Year 5 and 6 class teacher and as a specialist to boost children ahead of the Year 6 SATs.
